What are your hours of operation?

Our office staff is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 4:30pm. Our offices are closed on all major holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. Our website, email and chat feature are available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Currently we do not offer curbside pickup as our merchandise ships directly from one of our 4 distribution centers around the United States. This allows us to offer some of the most accurate and reasonable shipping rates to our customers.

Do I have to register for an account in order to purchase from the website?

No. We do not require account registration to purchase, however, if you need to reorder an item, create a Wishlist or use our self-return feature, an account is necessary. 

What is your Return Policy?

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes, a purchase may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a generous 30-day return window. To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Included Hardware: Ensure that all included hardware is included when returning the item.

Please note that Final Sale items and Digital Goods are not eligible for returns.

Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged, we're here to assist you. Please contact us, and we will promptly provide you with a prepaid return label, free of charge. Once we receive the damaged item, our dedicated team will conduct an inspection, which typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Upon approval, we will expedite the shipment of a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.

What are your shipping time frames?

Delivery times are influenced by various factors, with two key elements being your delivery zip code and the chosen shipping method during checkout. Once your package departs our facility, any information regarding scheduled delivery dates is beyond our control. During peak season times, delivery dates may vary, so we appreciate your patience.

We offer four shipping options to cater to your needs:

  • 2 Day Promo: $19.95
  • Best Way: $9.95
  • Ground Promo: $11.95
  • Overnight Promo: $49.95

How soon will my order ship?

Orders received before 1pm Eastern Time will ship same day. Orders received after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders received outside of business hours, (Saturday, Sunday or Holidays), will be processed on the next available business day.
